we will be acting as your agent; we will discuss with you each task that we undertake prior to us beginning any work on the task; and where practical, we will provide an estimate of our expected costs.
We do not charge for telephone discussions; the first meeting; and any questions that are quick to answer – we will let you know if it requires a more complex answer.
